Note: If you will be useing this holder for large bars of soap, use one to measure height and continue until the bar fits nicely inside and the last round covers nicely the
top of the bar, giving room for the eyelet round to close over it. I'm making it for a medium-sized bar of facial soap.
Eyelet round: Ch 3, 1 sc in ch-3 space of first "V" stitch of previoud round, ch 2, 1 sc in next "V" St, rep around, slip stitch to finish round. Fasten off.
Cord: Ch 70, begin to insert one end all around in and out the holes of the eyelet, matching both ends at the center on the other side before you fasten off. Pull them both to close the little "bag". It will look like a miniature drawstring purse.
Now, cut the thread as if to fasten off, take one end of the cord, about 1 inch long and fold it to one side of itself, making a loop, make a knot around that, leaving a loop beyond the knot to hang the bag from. Repeat on the other side.
And your'e done. cut off the thread.
