Gemstone Warmth

This is one of those teeny weeny pieces you throw around your neck when you want just so much warmth, but not necessarily be hauling around a scarf that reaches down to your waist! 2. Thank you, Anita. You know this kind of scarflet or scarfie, is so wonderful because you can adjust it to your neck comfort zone, and make it a bit longer if you want it more loose. It is wonderfully adaptable to all sizes of women and such a quick project! It is very rewarding.

  4. Thank you, Rachel. I love scarfies too. They are an easy thing to put on and take off. Not clumsy and really fast and easy to make, so you can make a whole bunch of them in different colors if you want. I have another one in my head right now.

  7. Thank you Julia, I am honored. This site is bursting at the seams with patterns crocheters can use as gifts any time of the year (I have some bath patterns that would be a great addition to a nice bath foam, oil, salts, perfumed soaps basket), I have some capelets that are pretty cute for spring or fall and even for a breezy summer night in a vacation, jsut look around you are welcome to link to them!

  9. Hi Becky! This is an approximate size, I have learned that nothing in crochet is really iron clad because some people crochet loosely and some crochet tightly: Approximately, 5 1/2" W x 21" L

    Hope this helps!

  10. Please can you explain in more detail Row 18 to me, I dont understand where it reads (Ch4 strands) for first row of tr, Ch3? Does this mean I must ch 7 here & then just continue with the pattern? Thanks for the pretty pattern

  11. Hello +Love2Craft! I apologize it took me so long to reply to you but I have not been able till now. I guess you have an old version of the pattern, because thanks to an eagle-eyed fan of Craftybegonia, the whole thing was revised and corrected a while back. The part that troubles you should read: (Ch4 stands) for first row of tr, etc. Happy crocheting!
