Pretty American Girl Warming Collar

Warming collars are favorites of mine and have been so popular at Craftybegonia that I decided to make another one.
Since this one has patriotic colors, I decided to name it Pretty American Girl, and it is warmly dedicated to all lovely ladies of crochet who will make it to wear it, to give it away to friends and loved ones and best of all, who will also remember to make one or two for a needy good cause!
