What you can do is to go back a little ways and add 2 dc into 1 sc to get the final count and yet have a straight edge.
Hope this helps and thanks for your eagle eyes!
Hope your neck cozy turns out gorgeous!Craftybegoniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01873176762991601294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6712128535546764417.post-23646846557055583042010-12-06T07:42:00.901-08:002010-12-06T07:42:00.901-08:00I get 5 stitches at the end of Row 6 rather than 6...I get 5 stitches at the end of Row 6 rather than 6, is that a typo or did I err?Sandiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08439303528712333600noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6712128535546764417.post-23235207067254756432010-12-06T07:33:48.433-08:002010-12-06T07:33:48.433-08:00I love this short scarf. For example, you can add the fanciest edging of your choice to the outside edge of it, you can add a small fringe to the crossing ends, you can change the number of buttons from 4 to 2 or even to 1 in the middle. Play with it, you'll love it!

ClotildeCraftybegoniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01873176762991601294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6712128535546764417.post-47076190955471938302010-02-09T16:06:06.426-08:002010-02-09T16:06:06.426-08:00Your patterns are wonderful, thank you so much for...Your patterns are wonderful, thank you so much for sharing.glorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09909841401746816795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6712128535546764417.post-66052360759916686432010-02-09T09:49:39.441-08:002010-02-09T09:49:39.441-08:00Okay, you've hooked me.
