Materials:

Red Heart worsted weight yarn Pretty 'N Pink (scraps)
Red Heart worsted weight yarn Kelly Green (scraps)
worsted weight yarn Spring Green (scraps)
worsted weight yarn Shocking Pink (scraps)
Crochet hook size H
Blunt needle to weave in ends
Scissors

With Pretty ‘N Pink, ch 95.
Row 1: 1 sc in 3rd ch from hook and in each ch across. Ch 1, turn. (94 sc)
Row 2: 1 sc in each sc across. Ch 1, turn. (94 sc)
Row 3- 1 sc in each sc across. Ch 1, turn. (94 sc)
Row 4- 1 sc in each sc across. Ch 1, turn. (94 sc) Fasten off and weave in tail immediately for a fast finish.
Row 5- Join Kelly Green. Make 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Ch 1, turn.
Row 6- 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Ch 1, turn.
Row 7- 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Fasten off Kelly Green, weave in tail.
Row 8- Join Spring Green. Make 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Ch 1, turn.
Rows 9 to 12- 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Ch 1, turn.
Row 13- Still working with the same color, make 1 sc in each of next 68 sc, chain 20,
skip 20 sc, 1 sc in each of next 7 sc, Ch 1, turn. (Slash made for closing neckwarmer)
Row 14- 1 sc in each of first 7 sc, without twisting chain, work 1 sc in each of next 20 ch, 1 sc in each sc till end of row. (94 sc)
Fasten off Spring Green, weave in tail.
Row 15- Join Shocking Pink. Make 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Ch 1, turn.
Rows 16 to 18- 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Ch 1, turn.
Row 19- 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Fasten off, weave in tail.
Row 20- Join Kelly Green. Work 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Ch 1, turn.
Row 21- 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Ch 1, turn.
Row 22- 1 sc in each sc across. (94 sc) Fasten off Kelly Green, weave in tail.
Decorative Triangle Edges:
Make 2.
With Kelly Green, ch 5, sl st to join rnd.
Rnd 1- Work 12 sc in ring, sl st to join rnd.
Rnd 2- Ch 3, 2 dc in same spot as ch 3, ch 3, skip 1 sc, 1 sc in next sc, ch 3, skip 1 sc, 3 dc in next sc, ch 3, skip 1 sc, 1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc, ch 1 in next sc, ch 3, sl st in beginning ch 3 to end rnd.
Rnd 3- Ch 3, 2 dc, ch 3, 3 dc in same spot as beginning ch 3, skip 1 dc, 1 dc in each of next 8 stitches, 3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc in next dc, 1 dc in each of next 4 stitches, 1 dc in next ch-1 sp, 2 dc in next ch-1 sp, 1 dc in next dc, 2 dc in next ch-1 sp, 1 dc in next ch-1 sp, 1 dc in each remaining stitch till end of rnd. Sl st to join rnd.
Rnd 4- Sl st till you reach first corner ch-3 sp, ch 3, 2 dc, ch 3, 3 dc in that ch-3 sp, [ch 1, skip 1 dc, 1 dc in next dc,] rep 3 times, ch 1, 1 dc in next ch-sp, ch 1, skip next dc, 1 dc in next dc, ch 1, 3 dc in next dc, ch 1, skip next dc, 1 dc in next dc, ch 1, skip next dc, 1 dc in next ch-sp, ch 1, [ch 1, skip 1 dc, 1 dc in next dc,] rep 4 times, ch 1, sl st to join rnd. Fasten off, leaving long tail to sew with.
Thread blunt needle with leftover tail and sew triangles in place at narrow ends of neckwarmer. Fasten off, weave in ends.
Optional:
Make 2 small tassels to sew to the edge of triangles to keep the points from curling.
Tassels (Make 2)-
Measure and cut 6 Spring Green pieces of yarn 7" long
Bend the yarn in half and tie a piece of yarn around it and form a tassel.
Sew tassel to end of triangle. Fasten off, weave in tail.
