Easy Lace Dishcloth

Best Blog Tips

This was the result of my playing with my hook for a bit. You can take this lace and turn it into anything you like, a shawl, a shrug, a scarf, it is pretty and easy to make! It would also be a very handsome addition to a block afghan.

Note: If you would like to use it for a facecloth, use a cotton yarn instead, it is easier on the skin.

Materials:
Red Heart Orchid (worsted weight acrylic yarn)
Crochet hook size G

Pattern:
Ch 36.
Row 1- 1 dc in 4th ch from hk and in each ch across. Ch 3, turn (counts as 1st dc throughout.)
Row 2- 1 dc in each of next 6 dc, ch 2, skip 2 dc, *1 dc in each of next 7 dc, ch 2, skip 2 dc, rep from * across. Ch 3, turn.
