This is a pretty but simple hexagon medallion.
Approximately 6" x 6", which could be used for a number of pretty items, from a shawl, to an afghan.
To make it, proceed as follows:
With worsted weight yarn (I used Red Heart Carrot) and size H crochet hook,
Ch 4, sl st to join ring.
Rnd 1- Ch 2, make 19 hdc in ring, sl st bypassing ch-2, to join round.
Rnd 2- Ch 3, 1 dc in next hdc, ch 3, skip 1 hdc, *1 dc in each of next 2 hdc, ch 3, skip 1 hdc, rep from * around.
Sl st to join rnd. Rnd 3- Ch 2, 1 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next ch, *ch 3, skip next 2 ch, 1 dc in next ch, 1 dc in each of next 2 dc, 1 dc in next ch, rep around.
End rnd as follows: 1 dc in chain that is just before beginning ch 3, sl st to join rnd.
Rnd 4- Ch 3, 1 dc in each of next 2 dc, 1 dc in next ch, ch 3, *skip 1 ch, 1 dc in next ch, 1 dc in each of next 4 dc, 1 dc in next ch, ch 3, rep from * around. End round as follows:
skip next ch, 1 dc in next ch, 1 dc in next dc, sl st in beginning ch 3. Rnd 5- Slip stitch until you reach beginning of next cluster of dc. Ch 2. yo, insert hook into next dc, pull up a loop and begin a dc, leave unfinished and keep loops on hook, insert hook into next dc and repeat, yo, finish both dc (dc decrease), 1 dc in each of next 2 dc, dc decrease over next 2 dc, ch 4, skip 1 chain, 1 sc in next chain, chain 4, skip next chain, *dc decrease over next 2 dc, 1 dc in each of next 2 dc, dc decrease over next 2 dc,ch 4, skip next ch, 1 sc innext ch, ch 4, skip next chain, rep from * around. Fasten off.

Warden, I am willing to help you with your questions about the 10 stitches, but when I was about to answer your question, I lost it and cannot find it. I'm sorry! Could you aske me again?
